Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator for Busy Bees Rugby. Join an established team and help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, supporting children through play and exploratory learning.

You will plan activities aligned with EYFS, oversee a Key Person role, and collaborate with families to nurture development and confidence. The role offers training and progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to support children's growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person, overseeing children's development, care needs, and building strong family connections.
