Job summary

Busy Bees in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster intellectual, social, and emotional growth for children within our Bee Curious curriculum. You will help create engaging, safe spaces that build curiosity and confidence while collaborating with a supportive team at our Busy Bees nursery.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education, have experience with under-5s, and bring strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
