Busy Bees Rugby is seeking a dedicated Early Years educator to deliver activities that support the holistic development of children under 5, aligned with EYFS. You will prepare stimulating environments, lead educational activities, and take a Key Person role to foster strong family connections.

The role requires a Level 3+ in Early Years Education, with proven experience in early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Genuine interest in early childhood education.

Aufgaben

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
