This fantastic nursery located in the Eastbourne area is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their expanding team. The organisation has nurseries in multiple locations across Eastbourne and is looking for a flexible Nursery Assistant to work with them. The nurseries all hold Good to Outstanding Ofsted ratings. They are open 07:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, all year round except for one week at Christmas. The nursery is looking for qualified staff holding NQT Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent, and a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Your new role

Your role would be as a nursery assistant in one of the nurseries in Eastbourne. You will assist with daily operations, support children, and use your initiative to help them succeed. Multiple roles are available with flexible hours between 8am and 6pm.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential to have NVQ Level 3 Child Care Qualification. Recent experience within a Nursery/primary/pre-prep environment (within the last 2 years) with a reference is required. A clean enhanced DBS Check on the update service or the ability to obtain one is necessary. Flexibility, a fun personality, and a good understanding of children's development and behavior management are important.
