Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS and developmental milestones.
• Serve as Key Person to support children’s development and build strong family connections.
