Busy Bees Chelmsford is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children under five, delivering engaging activities and a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You’ll be part of the UK’s leading nursery group, with apprenticeship opportunities, a four-day working week (40 hours) and a strong focus on professional development through our Bee Curious curriculum.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
