Job summary

Busy Bees in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development across the EYFS framework at our Darlington Alderman Leach Drive nursery, which has an Outstanding Ofsted rating. You will help create a rich learning environment and implement age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, confidence and social growth.

You will form strong partnerships with families as the Key Person, monitor progress, document learning, and pursue ongoing professional development within

Qualifications

• Level 3+ qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver activities using EYFS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms for learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development per EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
