Job summary

Busy Bees is opening a state-of-the-art 110 place nursery in Monkton Heathfield, Taunton this Winter. We’re seeking passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team and help deliver high-quality care.

You’ll work on-site, support children’s development, and partner with families to nurture young learners in a thriving nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities for structured but engaging environments.
• Deep understanding of child development and EYFS principles.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment with thoughtfully prepared materials.
• Lead engaging educational activities aligned with EYFS framework.
• Be a key person, supporting children's development and building strong family connections.

Your Impact As A Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment– Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities– Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children'sphysical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with theEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Be a Key Person in a Child’s Journey– Take an active role in overseeing children’s development, addressing care needs, andbuilding strong, trusting family connectionsto support their learning both at nursery and at home

Required Qualifications:
