Job summary

Busy Bees in Fareham is opening a state-of-the-art nursery in early 2027, and we’re seeking passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner you’ll create a safe, stimulating environment, plan engaging Early Years activities, and build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities to keep learning environments structured.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead engaging educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
