Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Swindon is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development within our Bee Curious curriculum, EYFS-aligned activities and safe environments.

You will lead engaging learning experiences for under-5s, collaborate with families, and join a team committed to high-quality education, professional growth, and a supportive wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EY qualification or higher.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support holistic development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Swindon St Andrews, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 106 children and is located in a growing community near lovely walks and parks. Our nursery provides convenient access to main routes such as the A419 and M4, along with good transport links. What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
