Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is looking for an Early Years Educator to support children’s development in a stimulating classroom. You will plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and act as the Key Person to build strong family partnerships.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, professional growth opportunities, and integration into Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum within a supportive team at Mansfield.

• Must hold Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 56, offering exceptional childcare across two floors in three age-appropriate base rooms. Each room provides a stimulating and comfortable environment where children learn through play. What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
