Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to lead the development and learning of children, contributing to a high-quality educational environment. You will work within Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners.

The role involves creating engaging spaces, delivering EYFS-aligned activities, and building strong relationships with families, in a supportive, growth-focused setting with ample progression opportunities.

Formación

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply EYFS knowledge to plan and deliver activities.

Responsabilidades

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Cheadle Kingsway has a capacity of 67 children and offers a light and airy environment, with rooms separated by age groups and developmental stages. The nursery is staffed by a warm and welcoming team dedicated to nurturing each child's growth. Located on High Grove Road, not far from the main Kingsway Road, the nursery is easily accessible from several main roads while being tucked away in a pleasantly quiet area. The nearest rail link is Gately Rail Station, approximately a 13-minute walk from the nursery. There is also a bus stop servicing Kingsway School just a four-minute walk away. Free parking is available for staff.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
