Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is seeking an Early Years Educator to support young children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing setting.

You will follow the EYFS framework, lead planned activities, and build strong relationships with families as the designated Key Person.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 56, offering exceptional childcare across two floors in three age-appropriate base rooms. Each room provides a stimulating and comfortable environment where children learn through play. The nursery also boasts a spacious, secure garden designed to encourage exploration, helping children build their self-esteem, confidence, balance, and coordination in a truly magnificent outdoor space. Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
