Busy Bees is searching for a Nursery Practitioner to join our UK-wide team. The role involves creating safe, stimulating learning environments and delivering activities that support child development under EYFS guidelines.

You will act as a Key Person, building strong links with families and ensuring each child’s needs are met with care and professionalism. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification, has proven experience with under-5s, and demonstrates excellent communication

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver activities.

Busy Bees Jersey Castle Quay accommodates 69 children and features a friendly and welcoming team dedicated to providing safe, fun, and educational childcare. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
