Busy Bees La Providence is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support the delivery of high-quality early years education. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and implement the Bee Curious curriculum, working closely with children under five.

Join our team to foster development, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to Busy Bees' commitment to excellent care and learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to plan and deliver activities.

• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to promote holistic development.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees La Providence accommodates 58 children and is dedicated to ensuring that every child has the best start in life. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
