Busy Bees Stokenchurch is inviting applications for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. You will support young children, plan age-appropriate activities, and contribute to a safe, stimulating environment aligned with the EYFS.

Welcome to Busy Bees Stokenchurch! Our friendly nursery cares for up to 58 children in a warm, welcoming environment with fantastic facilities, including spacious outdoor areas. Located close to the M40 with excellent transport links, free on-site parking for staff and great local amenities nearby, we're easy to get to and a great place to build your career. You'll be joining a supportive and close-knit team, led by an experienced Nursery Manager who has been part of the centre for 15 years. We're proud of our strong team spirit and the positive environment we create for both our children and our people.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
