Busy Bees is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for our brand-new Aylesbury nursery. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment and lead activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development for children under 5.

The role requires a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education and strong communication with both children and parents. Join a nurturing team dedicated to giving every child the best start in life.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities and structured learning environments.
• Deep understanding of child development and EYFS alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities aligned with EYFS.
