About our Nursery Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 64 children and is a strong and progressive centre committed to providing families with the best care and stimulating environments. Our hardworking team is dedicated to ensuring that the children in their care receive the best start in life. We have access to a local library and two parks within the community, and we often visit the local care home to foster connections. Role Responsibilities:

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
