Busy Bees Nurseries in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s learning and development in a warm, caring setting.

You will contribute to a high-quality education environment, working closely with families and the team to deliver the Bee Curious curriculum and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5.
• Genuine interest in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs and build family connections.

Join our passionate team at Busy Bees in Bury St Edmunds, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 96 children. What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
