Job Opportunity: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner at Busy Bees Ashford Godinton

Join our warm and friendly team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Ashford Godinton, proudly rated GOOD by Ofsted. We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to help us give our children the best start in life.

Our nursery is a purpose-built facility located within the grounds of Godinton School, surrounded by woodlands, with accessible travel links including the M20, M2, and local rail connections.

Each age-specific room is spacious, bright, and airy, with separate sleep and nappy change facilities, and access to large, secure gardens.

Role Expectations

• Ensure each child's needs are met as a keyworker, supporting children with SEND/ASL needs and engaging with parents.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and celebrate children’s development and achievements.
• Most importantly, have FUN!

*Requirements: You must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Early Years Educator.*
