Job summary

Busy Bees Addlestone is seeking an Early Years Educator to help foster children's intellectual, social and emotional development within our Busy Bees nursery in Addlestone. You’ll join a team dedicated to high-quality education and lots of growth opportunities, working with our Bee Curious curriculum.

As part of Busy Bees, you will contribute to a supportive environment, delivering engaging activities and building strong relationships with families while benefitting from our extensive staff

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Strong communication, organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities supporting physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Key Person Role: oversee development, care needs and build strong family connections.

Conveniently located within a five-minute walk to the high street and just ten minutes from the train station, our nursery offers easy access for families. • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
