Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees in Droitwich. You will help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in a good, supportive environment that values growth and development.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
