Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator at our Woking Noahs Ark nursery to support the development of children aged under five. The role focuses on planning engaging activities and delivering a safe, inclusive learning environment within Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum.

You will act as Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families, while contributing to observations and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.

Woking Noahs Ark is a 64 place centre situated in a idyllic location, surrounded by rustic woodland. The centre comprises of four single storey barns, with an onsite farm, daily woodland walks and a forest school!

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
