Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster the intellectual, social and emotional development of children at Weymouth nursery. You will join a leading UK nursery group known for high-quality education and staff growth.

Weymouth nursery is Ofsted-rated Good with 59 capacity, open 7am–6pm, and offers free staff parking. Join our Bee Curious curriculum and support community initiatives with BBC Children in Need.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

About our Nursery

Weymouth, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 59 children and is conveniently located on the Land Registry site. We operate year-round, open from 7 AM to 6 PM, providing a stable and flexible environment for families. Additionally, we offer free parking for staff, ensuring easy access to our nursery.
