Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, caring for children across nearly 400 nurseries. We are seeking an Early Years Educator to support cognitive, social, and emotional development and to deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in an engaging learning environment.

You will help plan activities, foster inclusive spaces, partner with families as a Key Person, and monitor child progress through observations and assessments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience with under-5s preferred.
• Ability to create safe, inclusive learning spaces.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
