Busy Bees Jersey Castle Quay, located in St Helier, is looking for an Early Years Educator to join its team. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and building strong partnerships with families as the designated Key Person.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 in early years education/childcare, experience with under-5s, and strong communication and organisational skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
