Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 to join our UK team. You will support early childhood development, plan engaging activities, and help create a safe learning environment across Busy Bees nurseries.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with children and families, contributing to our Bee Curious curriculum, and benefiting from a supportive, award-winning workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding that each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.

Join our friendly team at Busy Bees in Huntingdon, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 100 children.
