Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator for our Crawley nursery. You will help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, support children's development, and work closely with families to ensure a nurturing learning environment.

You will plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and promote inclusive learning while upholding safeguarding and well-being standards across the setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare is required.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy are essential.

About Our Nursery

Crawley, rated Good by Ofsted, is a spacious nursery located in a purpose-built warehouse with a single-level design for all children's rooms, complemented by an upstairs training room. With a capacity of 132 children, we collaborate closely with local schools and various agencies to provide tailored support for individual children. Our nursery enjoys a convenient location with good access to bus and train links, along with free parking available for staff. What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
