Job summary

Busy Bees Salisbury York House, rated Good by Ofsted, invites an Early Years Educator to join our team. You will support development, deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, and act as Key Person to nurture each child.

This role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive learning space, collaborating with families, and tracking progress through observations. Prior experience with under-5s and a Level 2 childcare qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should demonstrate empathy and understanding for each child.
  • Strong communication with colleagues and families is essential.
  • Good organisational skills to manage activities and records.

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities promoting children’s development.

Required Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
