What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, following EYFS guidelines.
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.

*Requirements: Hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse*
