Busy Bees in Newcastle Jesmond is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of young children within a leading UK nursery group. You will contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum and create engaging, caring learning environments.

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
