Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to join their nursery in Huntingdon. In this role, you will foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.   • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
