Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development at our Hitchin nursery. You will plan and deliver engaging activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s growth and wellbeing.

You will join a supportive team, benefit from ongoing professional development, and work within the Bee Curious curriculum to nurture curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

About our Nursery

Join our nurturing team at Busy Bees in Stotfold, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 64 children.
