Job summary

Busy Bees London Kilburn is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children aged under 5. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, create a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assume Key Person responsibilities to build strong relationships with families.

The nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 70 children and offers meal provision, varied activities, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team in Kilburn.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
