What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator

• As a keyworker, you will ensure each child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most of all… have FUN!
