Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the growth and development of children at Busy Bees Bagshot. You will contribute to a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment and work as the Key Person to build strong relationships with families.

The role requires a Level 2 qualification in early years and experience with under-5s, with emphasis on empathy, clear communication, and organisational skills. A supportive team and career progression await.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare required.
• Experience working with children under 5 is essential.
• Emotional intelligence and understanding of individual needs.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
