Job summary

110% People are recruiting for Cambridge-based early years roles in Hampshire, offering temporary and permanent options across local nurseries. Weekly pay starts from £14.25 per hour for non-qualified staff and above £15 for qualified staff, with support into permanent roles where opportunities arise.

Role requires an Enhanced DBS on the update service, NQT Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience with children aged 0–5.

Qualifications

• NQT Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Enhanced DBS on update service required (110% People can support).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
