Job summary

110% People are recruiting for an early years educator to deliver age-appropriate activities, promoting learning and development in a safe environment. You will support children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth and build positive relationships with families.

The role offers local shifts, weekly pay from £14.25/hour (21+) or £15+/hour for qualified staff, and autonomy over your week. DBS on update service is supported by the agency.

Qualifications

• NQT Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• A passion for early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
• Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
