Job summary

110% People are recruiting for Early Years staff to cover West Berkshire, including Newbury and Thatcham. You will deliver age-appropriate activities, creating a safe, stimulating environment where children aged 0-5 can learn and grow.

Role offers weekly pay (from £14.25 per hour for 21+ and £15+ for qualified staff) and local shifts with autonomy over the week. A dedicated consultant provides 24/7 support and DBS on update service is required.

Qualifications

• NQT Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with 0-5 year olds.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service required.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
