Job summary

Strategy Recruitment is seeking experienced Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work with various early years settings in Essex. You will support day-to-day operations, provide care and education to children aged 0-5, and help with daily activities that stimulate development.

Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting meal times and sleep routines, and creating a safe, stimulating environment that encourages learning through play.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a nursery setting.
• Relevant childcare qualifications/certifications.
• Experience with children aged 0-5.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to manage time.
• Team player with flexibility to work across locations.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the nursery and provide care and education to children aged 0-5.
• Assist in organising daily activities that stimulate development.
• Support bottle feeding, meal times and sleep routines.
• Supervise and monitor children to ensure safety and well-being.
• Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment that encourages learning through play.
