Job summary

Strategy Recruitment is seeking experienced Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work with various early years settings in Essex. You will support day-to-day operations, provide care and education to children aged 0-5, and help with daily activities that stimulate development.

Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting meal times and sleep routines, and creating a safe, stimulating environment that encourages learning through play.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a nursery setting.
• Relevant childcare qualifications/certifications.
• Experience with children aged 0-5.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to manage time.
• Team player with flexibility to work across locations.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Strategy Recruitment is a staffing agency who are committed to providing reliable and experienced temporary, long term and perminant staff across the educational sector. We are currently seeking experienced nursery assistants to join our team and work with various early years settings in Essex.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be given the opportunity to work in a range of settings, including private nurseries and preschools. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery and provide care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.

Daily activities
