What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence
• Building warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Encouraging outdoor exploration, creativity, and independent thinking
• Working closely with your colleagues to provide outstanding care and education
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish
