Job summary

Wildflower Marston Day Nursery & Preschool is seeking a Bank Practitioner to join our friendly team. This flexible role lets you work across age groups, supporting wherever needed, with options for full- or part-time hours.

You should be warm, caring and enthusiastic, with experience with young children and strong communication and teamwork. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is preferred, and you’ll be part of a nurturing environment that values wellbeing and professional development.

At Wildflower Marston Day Nursery & Preschool, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Practitioners to join our friendly team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of age groups, supporting wherever needed. While we'd ideally love someone available for full-time hours, we're also happy to hear from part-time applicants.

Our welcoming nursery is a place where children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity and exploration, supported by a passionate team who love what they do.

Whether you're Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, or you have valuable childcare experience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
