Job summary

Wildflower Twickenham Day Nursery & Preschool is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our warm team. You will help create a safe, curious learning environment and deliver child-led activities that support development.

Qualified Early Years professional with Level 2 or above is preferred, with a passion for nurturing young minds and building strong family partnerships in our Twickenham setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years practitioner (Level 2 or above).
• Experience with under-fives in a nursery setting is desirable.
• Ability to plan play-based, child-centred activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences.
• Support children's development and wellbeing through daily interactions.
• Build positive partnerships with families and colleagues.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development in children.
• Create inviting indoor and outdoor learning environments.
