Job summary

Flow Recruitment is assisting a Redditch-based nursery in finding a qualified Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality day care for pre-school children in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will support learning and development, meet safety and regulatory standards, and work as part of a warm, friendly team dedicated to outstanding care. Opportunities for progression and professional training are included.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Caring, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality day care and create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.
• Help ensure each child learns, develops and reaches their full potential while meeting individual needs and following safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and safety regulations in the nursery setting.
• Collaborate with the team to support a warm, supportive nursery environment.

The Role

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding anNVQ Level 3 in Childcareor equivalent.
