Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality day care for preschool children in a supportive, team-based setting.

You will create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports learning and development, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. A strong emphasis on teamwork and communication will help you contribute to outstanding outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Practitioner; NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

The Role

As aNursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in providing high-quality day care and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.

You’ll help ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and reach their full potential, while making sure their individual needs are met and all legal and safety requirements are followed.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding anNVQ Level 3 in Childcareor equivalent.

Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.

Caring, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding standards of care.

Able to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.
