At The Marston Day Nursery in Marston Moretaine, we are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above qualification to join our team. Our nursery is large, busy, and beautifully equipped, offering a salary up to £29,719 depending on qualifications and experience, along with great benefits and a 38-hour workweek. The Marston Nursery is a 101-place, purpose-built setting with excellent outdoor environments, located in Marston Moretaine with easy access from Bedford and Milton Keynes. Requirements

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

1. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources suitable for children’s ages and developmental stages.
2. Support the comprehensive daily needs of children, including physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
3. Assist in implementing an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments.
4. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
5. Work collaboratively within a team to support all children and colleagues in your room.
6. Understand and comply with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
7. Hold a Level 2 or higher qualification and have at least 1 year of nursery experience.
