TeacherActive is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Manchester for an immediate start. Roles can be part-time or full-time within welcoming nurseries that focus on safe, stimulating environments where children learn through play.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework to promote children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Support children across a variety of age groups.
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in line with nursery expectations.
• Assist with daily routines and observations to support children's development.

Salary: £14.25 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming nurseries across Manchester, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners. These settings are committed to providing safe, stimulating and inclusive environments where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

The nurseries are looking to appoint Nursery Practitioners on either a part-time or full-time basis with an Immediate Start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across a variety of age groups, helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework while promoting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential


• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting


• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
