Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for ongoing temporary placements in Stockport, delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework and supporting children's early development.

The role requires Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 3 preferred) or at least six months nursery experience, plus strong behaviour management and excellent communication within a team. You will be paid PAYE and join busy nurseries offering nurturing environments.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Salary: £13.75 - £16 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with busy nurseries across Stockport who are looking to welcome dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioners to their teams. These settings provide safe, caring and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to learn through play, build confidence and reach key developmental milestones with the support of passionate Early Years professionals.

We are looking for a full-time Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work on a temporary basis with opportunities for ongoing placements. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across a variety of age groups, deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

The successful Qualified Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 3 preferred)
