Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a pre-school setting in London. You will provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, plan engaging activities to support school readiness, and help children grow confidence, independence and communication.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Experience supporting pre-school-aged children would be advantageous
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• Confidence planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities
• Ability to encourage children's independence, confidence and communication skills
• A creative, enthusiastic and hands-on approach

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

£26,500–£33,200 per Year | Pre-School Setting

Helping children prepare for school is about so much more than learning letters and numbers. It's about building confidence, encouraging independence and developing the social and communication skills that will support them through their next big adventure.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Early Years setting dedicated to supporting pre-school children as they prepare for the transition to school.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Practitioner who enjoys working with pre-school children and wants to play an important role in helping them become confident, curious and ready for school.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Experience supporting pre-school-aged children would be advantageous
